There are 18 IUDM committees, organized among four focuses, that all play an integral part in our organization.
Students join committees in January and work year-round to make our year a success!
Interact with families, staff, and doctors at Riley Hospital for Children to help all members develop a deeper passion and connection to the hospital!
Create the marketing campaign for IUDM 2020, manage the website, and capture the magic through photos, videos, graphic designs, and the website!
Work with state-wide and national media outlets for TV, radio and newspaper to publicize events, campaigns and other note worthy causes, as well as manage IUDM’s social media accounts!
Plan and organize IUDM’s largest fundraising events: the annual IUDM Gala and the IUDM Golf Outing!
Count & track all funds coming in throughout the year, and we are the lucky few that get to raise the total at the end of the marathon!
Develop and build relationships with corporate partners in order to secure and retain sponsors for IUDM!
Act as a resource for committee members & dancers to drive the most important work of our organization!
Merchandising & Apparel
Spread the brand of IUDM through apparel and accessories with an incredible opportunity to market our brand across campus, the state, and the rest of the country all while raising money for Riley Hospital for Children!
Bring amazing energy to the marathon with music, games, performances & the rave!
Set up percentage nights & gather donations to help fuel IUDM participants!
Organize and execute the vital details of each IUDM event throughout the year and set up the marathon itself!
Ensure the excitement of IUDM through events such as teaching the line dance and by stewarding our dancers during the year!
Interact and build relationships with Riley patients and their families to create lifelong IUDM memories!
Reconnect and inspire our most committed IUDM alumni to the Riley Hospital for Children and IUDM 2020!
Work directly with campus organizations and dancers to inspire, educate, and motivate them to fundraise for the kids at Riley!
